"After trying and enjoying the low carb dutch chocolate flavor I decided to give the vanilla a try. It's delicious. Not gritty. I mix one scoop of protein powder with about 1/2 cup of water, 2TB of powdered skim milk, 3TB of plain low fat Stonyfield yogurt, 1/2 frozen banana and some crushed ice. I whip that up in a small blender container. It's filling and satisfying. "
