I have been taking this product for a week today. I can say I love it because the amount of energy you get without it being nervous energy that makes you want to just jump from your seat. Your not to lazy to get up and do that 20 minute 30 day shred workout! Which I might add helped me loose 14lbs!! I lost another 5lbs this week but I also started my diet of just eating fruits, veggies, protein and whole grain. I don't think I would have lost that much if I didn't do both together. The thing about the fat burner is that I don't feel hungry all day.......
