"Hoop is fun to use, but a bit difficult at first. I bruised myself up a bit, but that's better now. It is hard work and I can feel all my muscles work very hard. I'm enjoying it. The only thing that I don't like are the ripples on the inside of the hoop. They can be uncomfortable. I supposed they help grip, but can be a bit painful. "
